New Customer Services Manager

Matt James has now moved on from Mercom and has been replaced by Kim Hall in the role of Customer Services Manager. Kim has worked for Mercom for over two years in the central administration department and will be a familiar name for many of our existing customers.

Over the coming weeks Kim will be contacting the customers previously looked after by Matt to introduce herself, assist with any current queries and discuss any possible improvements to the day-today operation of the account.
