Any Datalogic Scanning products covered under the original manufacturers warranty should be sent directly to Datalogic Scanning Limited, Axis 3, Rhodes Way, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD24 4TR. Mercom can repair both Mobile and Scanning products post-warranty.
